1. Cancellation Policy
- Consultations: Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Jodii Membership: The 6-Month Premium Concierge membership fee of ₹2,599 is non-refundable once payment is processed and dashboard access is granted, due to the immediate commencement of concierge matchmaking services.
2. Refund Process
- Full refund for consultations cancelled 24 hours prior.
- 100% refund for consultations if cancelled by us.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Rescheduling
One free consultation rescheduling allowed with 24-hour notice.
